- What was the challenge? Access Livelihoods Foundation, a large-scale social enterprise, faced significant hurdles in tracking complex employee performance metrics and organizational goals. Their existing data management was fragmented, making it difficult to calculate the actual value of assigned targets across a diverse workforce.
- What was at stake? Without a unified ERP system, the foundation struggled with "Visibility Gaps." They needed a robust platform that could not only manage day-to-day operations but also provide high-fidelity tracking of impact-driven goals and optimize database performance for a growing user base.

after_save hooks, the system automatically triggers a calculation of the total value of assigned targets whenever an update occurs, ensuring real-time performance data.
- Employee Performance Monitoring: Developed custom employee-centric goal tracking functionality that allows managers to see progress against assigned KPIs directly within the ERP interface.
- Database Audit & Optimization: Performed a deep-dive analysis of the database to identify disk space bottlenecks. This involved optimizing table indexes and cleaning up redundant logs to ensure smooth performance during high-concurrency periods.
- Strategic Infrastructure Scaling: Managed the capacity planning for the production site. Based on growth projections and disk usage analysis, I successfully transitioned the infrastructure to the 3000 plan, providing the necessary resources for their expanding data footprint.
