We built a specialized QC interface that partitions data and triggers enrichment based on real-time operational needs.

  • Role-Based QC Partitioning:
    • Developed a specialized "QC Permission" that filters the application view to show only unloaded boxes. This ensured the team stayed focused on actionable pending stock rather than the entire inventory list.
  • Hierarchical Drill-Down Workflow:
    • Engineered a logical "On-Click" navigation path: Unloaded Boxes -> Common Box Details -> Unique Boxes. This allowed the QC staff to verify bulk details before diving into individual box dimensions.
  • Dynamic Dimension Logging:
    • Enabled a feature where unique box dimensions (Height, Width, Depth) can be captured and logged directly within the unique box view, feeding into logistical calculations instantly.
  • "Smart Lock" Master Data Enrichment:
    • Implemented a conditional edit logic: The system automatically checks if the Item Master contains all required images.
    • If images are missing, the QC operator is granted temporary edit rights to upload them on the spot. If the images exist, the record is locked to prevent unauthorized changes.
